Tall Stories Tickets Terms & Conditions Tall Stories Tickets has arranged for tickets to be fulfilled by Ingresso, the global distribution specialists. The terms and conditions for the sale of tickets at tickets.tallstories.org.uk are separate and different from the terms and conditions relating to use of other pages of tallstories.org.uk and are as follows. These terms and conditions only apply to bookings made through Tall Stories Tickets. If you have a booking with a different seller, please consult their booking information. SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHICH APPLY TO BOOKINGS MADE FROM 14-07-2021 00:00 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE In response to the changing public health picture in the United Kingdom, regulations, government guidance and venue operations are subject to change. Special entry conditions apply to bookings made from July 2021 onwards until further notice and there are additional ways to qualify for an exchange. Because circumstances and regulations may change between your purchase and the performance date, the terms and conditions may change. We will always try to inform you if changes affect a booking you have made but we also recommend that you visit this site to stay up to date on current conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard terms and conditions (displayed below). A SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Entry to performances requires completion of the check in process. Additional information and answers to common questions can be found here FAQs page • During the checkout process on this site you must provide us with an up to date email address and after completing the booking you should continue to check this mailbox regularly until after the performance as important information will be sent to this address • 48 hours before your performance you will receive a pre-visit email with an Online Check-in link from Nimax Theatres. Please look out for this email and if you do not receive it 48 hours before you are due to attend the performance please check your junk mail folders and if you still cannot find this email contact us email • It is important that you complete the Online Check-in process as soon as possible but in any case it is a condition of attendance that you do so at least 24 hours before the performance • During Online Check-in, you will be asked to confirm that no members of your party are prevented by rules that apply at the time from attending the booked performance. If you successfully complete the Online Check-in process and all members of your party are able to attend: • You will automatically receive an email containing your e-tickets from NIMAX THEATRES • Presentation of the e-tickets from this email at the venue is required to enter. If you do not present e-tickets upon arrival the venue may refuse to admit you • Please note any additional conditions for attendance sent with your e-tickets. If the Online Check-in process shows that one or more members of your party are unable to attend the performance • You will be entitled to a Tall Stories E-Exchange Card provided that you claim it within the required time • In order to claim your Tall Stories E-Exchange Card, you must contact us by email no later than 10am on the morning of the performance you are no longer able to attend • If you do not contact us before then, we are unable to guarantee an E-Exchange Card and the value of the booking may be lost. • Terms and conditions for issue and use of the E-Exchange Card are shown below B EXCHANGE CARD ISSUE TERMS & CONDITIONS • If you cannot attend a performance you have booked through Tall Stories Tickets, you are entitled to a free exchange issued to you as an E-Exchange Card subject to certain conditions. Please note there is no entitlement to a refund after purchase unless a performance for which you are holding valid tickets is cancelled. • We must receive your request for an exchange in writing by email no later than 10am on the day of the performance you have booked for. • You do not need to request a specific performance as exchanges can be made by allocating you an E-Exchange Card which stores the value of original booking (including any fees). • When we receive your request for an exchange card, your original booking will be cancelled and you will not be able to use it to attend that performance or to claim a refund should that performance be cancelled. • We will contact you by email soon after you make the request with information about your E-Exchange Card value and how to redeem it. It may then take a few more days to send you the card details to enable redemption. • As soon as you have received the card details from us by email, you can use the value on the card to make a replacement booking when you are ready. The value will be the entire value of your original booking including any booking fees. • Seats and fees at the performance you exchange to may be the same or different to the originally booked performance. If your replacement booking is for a higher total value you will be able to top up the card with a credit or debit card payment at check out. If your replacement booking is for a lower total value, the cash value cannot be refunded to you however it can be put towards a different performance of Room on the Broom at the Lyric Theatre sold on Tall Stories Tickets. Please note that Tall Stories Tickets currently only sells tickets for Tall Stories West End productions, and the Exchange E-card can only be redeemed for performances of Room on the Broom at the Lyric Theatre, London between the 21st July 2022 – 4th September 2022. • You do not have to make your replacement booking immediately, your E-Exchange Card value will be valid until 4th September, 2022 • Any value remaining on the Exchange Card after its expiry date is retained by Tall Stories Tickets. • There is no entitlement to a refund unless a performance for which you are holding tickets is cancelled. When you book with us, we will ask for your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card details. This allows us to fulfil your ticket request, track your order and contact you regarding your booking. All the information you enter onto our site is encrypted. Encryption is a method of scrambling messages so they cannot be read without decryption keys. Our 128-bit encryption system ensures that your personal and credit details remain secret. No personal information provided by you will be used for marketing purposes unless you agree to the data protection statement when completing a booking. If you agree to the data protection statement marketing information will be sent by Tall Stories. This information will only be used to send emails that may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails you receive. No personal information provided by you will be shared with any third parties unless you agree to the particular data protection statement when completing a booking. We may share very general information about our customers as a group with advertisers, business partners, sponsors and other third parties. We use this data to customize our service offerings and content based on your needs. This data is not personally identifiable. Credit and debit card details may also be securely held by the company which processes your transaction. This information should be clearly noted in the terms and conditions of the suppliers providing the items in your order. We never save information such as passwords or credit card number on cookies. We do, however, require cookies in order to fulfil transactions (we use them to keep track of what is in your shopping basket, for example). If you have cookies turned off, you will not be able to use our transactional service. Our servers store IP addresses for all connections to the service. This information will be used for statistical purposes only.
